chewy & tart half-roasted cherry tomatoes, with a super-concentrated, intense umami
flavor paired with green onions and fresh in herbs layered in a cheesy custard filling and
encase in a flakey, buttery crust. Served with balsamic dressed greens.

Mushroom Paté

An earthy, nutty, house-made paté made with a melange of wild & cultivated mushrooms,
toasted hazelnuts, goat cheese, and fresh herbs. Served with warm baguette and
accompaniments.
Faux Gras

delicious, rich and earthy spread, made with lentils, mushrooms, walnuts and a touch of
cognac. Served with shallot marmalade, warm baguette and accompaniments.
