2017 Rosé - Goat cheese, roasted apple and honey drizzled crostini

2017 Pinot Gris - Spinach salad with pancetta, cider vinaigrette and manchego cheese

2017 Chardonnay - Pan seared scallop with lemon beurre blanc and creamy lemon risotto

2016 Pinot Noir - Seared duck breast, herb polenta with blueberry demi glaze
