BBH Spring Wine Dinner: Images of Burgundy
April 5, 2019 – 6:00 pm
We are partnering with Corvallis Country Club to offer a spring wine dinner. The dinner is open to the public and details are below, and features a small first plate accompanied by two Bluebird Hill Cellars gold medal Chardonnays, and a main plate paired with three Bluebird Hill Pinots. These five wines have all received gold medals recently, and/or received 90+ point reviews! During dinner, Neil and Sue will be showing some slides from their most recent visits to our sister Pinot noir locale, the Burgundy region of France!

Seared scallop appetizer with 2017 Pinot gris.
Risotto with asparagus and peas with 2017 Chardonnay and 2016 Reserve Chardonnay
Herb crusted lamp chop and potato with 2016 Willamette Valley PN, 2016 Zenith Vineyard Reserve, and 2016 Walnut Ridge Vineyard Reserve.
New York cheesecake with 2016 Birdhouse (pinot+blueberry+cherry) dessert wine.
