Bluebird Hill Cellars Second Annual Vertical Wine Dinner featuring our 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Pinot noirs. The 2014 Pinot noir was an Oregon Wine Press Cellar Select (November 2016), the 2015 Pinot noir received medals from San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and Savor NW and also 88 points from Wine Enthusiast (Aug2018), the 2016 Pinot noir was scored 89 Points by the Prince of Pinot and recently won a Double Gold at the Oregon Wine Competition. The 2017 has not been out long enough to be in any judging events as of yet, but we have a sense it will our best pinot ever!
First Course served with our 2018 Pinot Gris
Salad with cheese crumbles and crab claw meat
Second Course served with our 2015, 2016 and 2017 Chardonnays
Salmon Cakes with Roasted Red Peppers
Main Course served with our 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Pinot Noirs
Roast Pork with Herbs and Fennel
Dessert Course served with Kopke Port

Plan to put this evening, private sit-down dinner with Neil and Sue on your calendar. Enjoy good company, good food and wine, and the sunset view over the Oregon Coastal Range. Each couple attending will have the opportunity to take home one set of the 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Pinot noirs at special one-time pricing.
